Dr. Morrison calls the Midwest and High Plains home. He was raised in South Dakota and attended South Dakota State University. After graduating from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1994, he returned to South Dakota to practice dentistry in Platte, Lake Andes, Rapid City and Pierre for 15 years. In 2009, Dr. Morrison chose to build his own practice in Gillette, Wyoming, because of the progressive business community in Gillette and educational opportunities for his family. As a member of both the Wyoming and South Dakota Dental Associations, Dr. Morrison actively promotes professional development for himself and his team. He was instrumental in developing the Ronal McDonald Children’s Dental Care Bus in South Dakota and has been a dental standards monitor for Delta Dental of South Dakota. He serves on the Delta Dental Board of Directors. He is also a graduate and alumni member of the Dawson Academy. Dr. Morrison is active in wildlife conservation and habitat development, especially through the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. He enjoys hunting and fishing, as well as sharing his love of the outdoors with his sons, Brant and Zane.

Beth is at home in the Western High Plains. Raised in South Dakota, she earned her degree in health, education and human development from Montana State University in Bozeman. Her professional journey took her to Arizona, California, Chicago and finally back to Rapid City, where she transitioned from running a private catering business to embracing motherhood.

In 2009, Beth moved to Gillette, Wyoming, where she joined her husband Dan in building his dental practice as the office manager. She has been an essential part of the practice since its transition to new ownership, helping to preserve what was working well while introducing her own leadership style and ideas. Beth is passionate about creating a supportive, energetic and efficient environment where both patients and staff feel valued.

Beth finds deep fulfillment in mentoring her team and helping them grow, adapt and learn new things. She thrives on the strong relationships built within the office and takes joy in seeing patients gain confidence in their health and smiles.

For the past five years, Beth has volunteered her time at her children’s school, serving on the executive committee of the Booster Club and acting as a football team mom. Outside of the office, she enjoys scuba diving, traveling and spending time with her adult children.

Erica graduated from Campbell County High School in 2022 and joined our team in October 2024. She enjoys learning something new every day and values the supportive, team-oriented environment of the practice. Erica is committed to helping the office run smoothly and ensuring that every patient receives a warm and efficient experience from the moment they call or walk through the door. As our receptionist, Erica answers phones, assists with scheduling and makes sure patients feel satisfied and taken care of during their visit.

Outside of work, Erica is a softball coach for a 12U girls’ traveling team. She enjoys working out and spending time with her family whenever she can.

Becky joined Gillette Dental PC in January 2023 and brings a friendly and efficient presence to the front desk. She studied at a business computer technology institute for two years, where she learned the basics of office operations and how to use tools like Microsoft Office. Becky enjoys working with a supportive staff and helping the practice run smoothly. She helps keep our office running smoothly by processing claims and assisting patients with professionalism and care. Her attention to detail helps keep things organized and efficient.

Becky is married to her husband, Aaron, and they share their home with three beloved pets — Sweetie, Jack, Echo and Felix. Outside of work, she raises ADGA-registered Nigerian Dwarf goats for show and milk, a unique and rewarding hobby she is passionate about.

Codi earned her associate degree in dental hygiene through Sheridan College and recently completed her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from the University of Wyoming in May 2024. She joined our practice in January 2020 and has been a dedicated member of the team ever since. Codi enjoys being part of a practice that values strong relationships – both among staff and with patients.

Codi is dedicated to providing our patients with education on their oral health and creating positive, personal experiences during each visit. She values the opportunity to spend time with patients, building trust and helping them feel cared for at every stage of their dental care.

Born and raised in Wyoming, Codi has lived here for 27 years. When she is not at work, you can find her in the gym, reading a book or enjoying the outdoors. She has recently developed an interest in diving and is excited to explore the hobby more.

Angela earned her dental hygiene degree at Sheridan College and completed her Bachelor of Dental Hygiene at the University of Wyoming in 2014. She joined our team in January 2021, bringing her passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to using the latest available technology to provide high-quality service. Angela loves being part of a team that prioritizes education and is always working to improve the patient experience.

Angela is married to her husband, Hank, and they have two daughters. Their family also includes three fur babies – two dogs and one cat. Outside of the office, Angela enjoys spending time with friends and family at their mountain cabin, traveling and scuba diving.

Jamie earned her dental hygiene degree at Sheridan College, as well as completing a bachelor’s degree in hygiene through the University of Wyoming in 2015. She joined our team in March 2025, bringing with her 10 years of experience and a kind and loving personality that helps our patients feel at ease. Jamie enjoys being part of a friendly and accepting team that is patient driven and stays up-to-date on the latest technologies.

Jamie is married and has three children, one daughter and two sons. In her free time, she enjoys crafts, baking, the outdoors and watching her kids play sports.

Terry graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1979 and completed her Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene from Detroit Mercy (UDM) in 1980. She joined the practice in July 2020 and brings decades of experience, compassion and dedication to preventive care.

Terry values the relationships she builds with patients and loves being part of a team that emphasizes total health through routine preventive care. She contributes to the success of the practice by encouraging patients in home care, nutrition and the prevention of disease, including dental decay and periodontal issues. Terry provides education and treatment that helps patients maintain long-term oral and overall health.

She has two grown children and is a proud grandmother to four grandchildren. Outside of work, Terry enjoys reading, Bible study, church outreach, nutrition and spending time walking outdoors in the sunshine.

Amanda has worked as a certified dental assistant for over 30 years and joined the team in 2009 when the practice changed ownership. She brings decades of experience and a deep dedication to helping patients achieve better oral health. Amanda finds great joy in seeing patients smile with confidence after their dental work is complete. Amanda is always prepared and steps in to help wherever she is needed. Her supportive presence and dependable work ethic make her an important part of the practice.

Amanda is married and her husband is a retired welder. They have two adult daughters – one lives in Australia pursuing a soccer career and biomedical engineering degree, while the other works as a mental health nurse and sexual assault nurse examiner. In her free time, Amanda enjoys reading, cooking, baking and trying new recipes.

Tessa graduated from CCHS in 2014 and became part of our team in 2023. She is passionate about learning and perfecting patient care techniques. Tessa enjoys the opportunity to grow every day and aims to be better with each patient she helps. She shows up each day with a positive attitude and does her best to support both her team and her patients. Tessa values being part of an environment that encourages growth and professionalism.

Outside of the office, Tessa enjoys working out and attending sporting events for her kids. She describes her experience working at Gillette Dental PC as extremely positive and appreciates how both Dr. Morrison and Beth work hard to create a healthy, supportive workplace for their employees.
